We offer professional canine boarding for any size dog, in a spacious, custom built kennel facility, located in Mountain View, Hawaii.

We will gladly get you started if you call us at 808 779 7779!

Our process to board has a few steps to it, so it's best to get started early, and be ready when the time to board comes!  

We ask all clients to make an initial site visit before boarding, to see our facilities and ask any questions they may have.  

At this time we will tour the kennels, go over pet records, and create an estimate for your dogs stay, as well as collect some client information, and anything we might need to know regarding your pets special needs.

We ask this initial visit be pet free, with just the client(s), in order to keep a calmer kennel environment for our guests.  

Once you are happy with us, and would like to continue, we ask that you bring your dog by for our meet and greet with them, so that we may guage their temperment, behavior, health, etc. Your reservation cannot be confirmed without this step.

We'll see how they react to other dogs in a controlled manner, walk them for a bit to see how they do on a lead, and judge overall behavior, as well as performing an intial inspection for fleas/ticks. 

Once that is done, we can give the all clear for boarding!  

At that point you are ready to make a reservation and drop your furry loved one off with us for their stay!    

We try to get this process done as far ahead of time as possible, so even if you're not planning a trip right now, we are more than happy to complete everything you need, to be ready when that time does come. However, if you are in need of boarding on a faster schedule, let us know and we will do everything we can to work with you on a compressed time schedule.

For all our guests safety and health, we ask the following of all our clients.  

Your pet should be well behaved and somewhat socialized. 

Please be sure that your dog is reasonably clean, and free of fleas and ticks.

That they are on active flea and heartworm control. 

Please have proof of current DHLPP and Bordatella Vaccines. 

(DHLPP is a five-way vaccine that includes viral diseases canine distemper, hepatitis, parvovirus, parainfluenza and bacterial infection leptospirosis.) 

We ask that all pets be spayed or neutered. 

Please bring any veterinary records you have with you on your initial visit.   

For the comfort and health of all our guests, should your dog require flea control on arrival day, we will administer Trio at our cost plus a nominal fee of $3.00.  As costs for Trio treatment vary with current pricing, and size of dog, we will inform you of the total charge at the time. 

We prefer for our clients to bring their pets food with them so as to minimize diet disruption and stomach issues, should this prove impossible, we will feed Purina Dog Chow as per your instructions at a nominla charge of $2.50 per day.

We encourage clients to bring any blankets or toys the dog uses regularly or enjoys so as to minimize stress.

We have tiered pricing based on our guests weight. Multiple dog discounts apply for well bonded and socialized family groups kept in the same kennel.  

Dogs Under            26 lbs $35/night

Dogs Between   26-56 lbs $40/night

Dogs Between   57-76 lbs $45/night

Dogs Over             77 Lbs $55/night 

Dogs kept in the same kennel will be charged at the largest dogs rate, then rate -$5.00 for subsequent dogs, We allow up to 3 well bonded dogs in the same kennel, depending on size. 

Should we be required to separate them for any reason, regular rates will apply to the remainder of their stay. 

Pick up/Check out times are from 9:00am to 1:00pm 

Check in/Drop off times are from  2:00pm to 5:30pm

Please be aware, pups who are still with us past 3pm will be charged for an additional nights stay. Should this happen, you are of course allowed to delay pickup until the next day. This charge will be added to your account and due before your next reservation can be scheduled.

We require deposit of $35 per reservation. This deposit is non refundable, and will show as a credit toward your balance due. Until this depsoit is paid, your reservation is not considered complete.  

We take each dog for 2-3 walks per day in our private walking area, and they will also have multiple opportunities daily to spend supervised time in either of our fenced run areas. Someone on staff is in the kennel lounge area during the day as well to provide human presence and interaction to the kennel as a whole, as well as on a one on one basis for those pets who need a little reassurance during their stay.

Please bring your pet's food, medications, and any special toys or blankets to make them feel at home. We provide bedding and bowls. We will feed your pup based on your instructions, and administer any required medications according to their veterinarian's instructions. 

If we need to provide food, it will be Purina Dog Chow, Chicken and Rice formula and there will be a nominal charge of $3.00 per dog, per day.
